"Our check in time was 4pm. We tried calling at 2pm for the possibility of early check in, but after being on hold for 30 minutes hung up. When we arrived at 4pm we were told our room wasn’t ready and they’d text us when it was. There was a big crowd in the lobby obviously under the same circumstances. ..."
