"carpet could use a cleaning, washer and dryer could be better. Location is excellent, band was a little loud. Close to the grocery and shopping. Skiers would be better in the south village."

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room...

"Very family friendly property with a games room, toys at the pool and theatre room. Rooms had ample space for a family of 4 and well equipped kitchens. My only complaint would be about the house keeping. We called a couple times for towels that never came. When they cleaned the room the next day, they took our 4 towels and left us with only 2 towels, so we had to call again. We enjoyed the property and would stay again"
