"Beautiful hotel with a great location when going on a cruise. Port is within walking distance. Hotel restaurant had great food in a relaxing atmosphere."
"Everything was absolutely amazing! The sky train in right out front , I was shocked at how big the resort was . Clean rooms . The only negative was the check in staff, the lady that was checking us in had a HEAVY German accent and had to use google translate to understand her. You won’t be disappointed."
"Clean, quiet, and convenient to the Vancouver airport with Uber. I had to be at the airport so early I could not take advantage of the shuttle or have breakfast."
"Interesting "set-up" as courtyard (looks natural) is on the 2nd floor -- a ground floor was a garage. Old building but they are working hard to keep maintaining up to date. For this, it is definitely separated from those budget US hotels which are well passed the "point of no return (i.e. too dirty or messy to maintain)." First and foremost, staffs who are working for this hotel was fantastic, and, more importantly, they well communicate each other for the requests. This is truly great! Room and bathroom were very clean which gave me a pleasant stay. Nespresso was great and 2 bottles of water each days in the small refrigerator was a nice touch. That said, the room was well equipped to make us a pleasant stay. Two "improvements" perhaps? The "portable" (although it seems to be a permanent fixture) AC system (like a dehumidifier machine) made a lot of noise, which some people might not sleep well. I used the Dry mode to make the machine working intermittently. Because of the old building which was not equipped with the central AC system, this retrofit is understandable though. Besides, visiting from the US, the room door which does not have a hinged bar lock was a bit of a surprise. Maybe Canada is still much safer than the US? Anyway, it was a pleasant stay for sure. Because the price of hotels in Vancouver has gone outrageous, the Burrard hotel surely helps me staying in Vancouver in much budget friendly fashion. Thank you very much once again!"
