"Repair air conditioner as there not built in, so vented more hot air than cold air into room Contacted front desk about tv and then he was blaming us for touching it when it was on when we got room, wouldn’t stay again "

"Staff was nice, competent. The room was terrible. Definitely NOT worth the incredibly high rate! Phone never worked, despite maintenance attending to it. Tv didn't work (didn't connect with my phone), despite maintenance attention. Loud a/c, maintenance gave up on my room and I had to pack up and move to another room. LOUD environment! Airport Shuttle's schedule was lazy."

"The staff were so nice, kind and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only problem was that AC was on and made the room cold, had to call to have maintenance to come and switch it to heat. Not being able to shut off the fan was a downfall, but other than that this is a great stay. Would stay there again, hopefully without so much construction around which hindered UBER being able to pick up."

It feels expensive without being stuffy. The Rooms: Impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet for a downtown hotel. The beds are cloud-like, and the tech—from the lighting controls to the high-speed Wi-Fi—is intuitive and modern. Location, Location, Location: You are right in the heart of the Financial District. Whether you’re walking to the waterfront, hopping on the SkyTrain, or heading to a meeting, everything is within a 5-minute radius. Dining: Hydra Estiatorio on the ground floor is a must-visit. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, go for the Mediterranean sea bass. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences in the city. Service: The staff here are the real MVPs. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was incredibly attentive and actually seemed happy to help, which can be rare in busy city hotels. Pro Tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors. The view of the surrounding architecture and the peek-a-boo glimpses of the mountains are worth it."
