"Reservation was prepaid but they double charged us. Desk staff assured us the pending charge would be removed but it went through. Now we will have to fight a chargeback."

"Highly recommend - seriously! We had a suite for 5 of us and it was excellent. Our only issue was a key card wasn't working, and we had to go a long way back to the front desk 3 times to get it rectified. Not sure why the desk person didn't ask or mention that key card won't work if someone is in ..."
