They charged extra for car parking and even washroom in our bedroom was not functioning properly I asked receptionist to sorted but no action made. Moreover I asked for water they said we don’t provide buy from cafe. Poor service would never recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, the guests in the next room were extremely noisy our first night playing loud music & yelling until 3 a.m. fortunately they checked out the next day & I was able to use headphones to minimize their noise. ...

Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool.
