"No air conditioning for the building just portable ones. I room was 27 degrees when we got in. Stifling. Changed rooms and it was just the same. The makeshift air conditioner was a cut out in the sliding door which meant the door couldn’t open of close and all it would take was someone to push it through and come in. Plus wide open for bugs to come in. Apparently we are not the first to complain as to the lack of air conditioning but appears the owners done care to invest in proper air conditioning for the hotel. Yet they charge enough. Bathroom was stained and not well kept. Disappointing overall but the pool area was decent and the kids had fun"

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Bathroom in my room was excellent. Comfortable bed. Had a lot of character. Only concern is the lock on door, it’s my preference to have a key card for fear I would forget to lock my door."

"The room was spacious and clean. We had a view overlooking the stadium. King bed plus a very comfy lounger by the window. Lots of drawer and closet space, a safe, bath robes and slippers, ironing board and iron, a mini fridge (and we found the wine glasses chilling in there). Espresso coffee pods; real glasses and mugs (not paper). Two glass carafes were provided and can be filled on each floor with filtered water in the same room as the ice machine. Very nice bath amenities; storage shelves, great shower and excellent towels; very comfy bed. Great location too; walkable to everything."

"It is convenient and all the restaurants and shopping and the hospital is just a minute away."

"The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, the property is very run down. Also there’s no elevators. That’s a problem for older people to take luggage up and down the stairs. The staff offered to take it upstairs, but I think the property description is very misleading. Unfortunately I won’t stay here again. Also, we didn’t feel safe walking around the neighborhood."
