Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
"Our front desk team was fantastic. I am handicapped so not having a lift for the hot tub or pool is upsetting since all pools in the US need to comply with the ADA. There does not seem to be support for the disabled in a big city like Vancouver which is shocking"
