"The bed was clean, but the bathroom REAKED of cigarette smoke. I could barely take a shower or be in there at all without getting a headache from the smell. The front desk didn’t really offer anything or try to use it as an opportunity to do better or improve my experience which was odd for a hotel. The room was so far away from the front desk, I checked in really late and wanted water, the guy at the front desk said “there’s two bottles in your room” to which, when I arrived in my room,...

"Clean room"

"There were mice scurrying all over the restaurant floor while we were having a drink. The staff know all about it and no one seems to care. It’s extremely unsanitary and disgusting while you’re trying to eat a meal. Won’t be staying there again "

"Friendly staff, clean room, great location for airport and walk to the sky train. Pool and hot tub are small but appreciated. Breakfast was ok. "

"Hotel is immaculate, breakfast was top notch. Minor mix up on rebate for taxi from the airport as we were delayed until 02:00 and the shuttle stops at 01:00 but they did make us whole with the taxi cost rebate"
