"The room was clean, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Except that a foul smell coming out of the elevator from the ground is very annoying. We were thinking it’s coming from the outside of the hotel’s sewage system. But all in all, our stay was really pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is super! "I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains.
