"The stay was great. The place was very clean. The pool is heated. Very close to six flags. The only downside is the breakfast. I wish they would use real eggs. Instead of powder/water eggs. It would also be nice if they could vary the egg complement. Maybe sausage one day, bacon another, etc. it would be a great idea if you could incorporate maybe a cook that can make eggs per customer request."

"Hotel is nice but the staff that checked me in was unprofessional. My reservation was a 2 bed queen room and I was given a 1 king bed room. I made that reservation a month in advance and she did not try to accommodate me and my family at all. I couldn’t leave because I was there for a wedding. I wasn’t satisfied with my experience at all."

"The photos online are outdated and highly misleading. Upon arrival, the pool was completely out of service and dirty. The hotel appears to be severely understaffed, seemingly run by just two individuals. Our first room was unacceptable; pulling back the sheets revealed visible stains and multiple strands of hair, suggesting the bedding hadn't been changed. While the attendant kindly moved us to a different room, the overall quality remained incredibly subpar. The floor was dirty, the bathroom tub was dirty, the the towels were paper-thin, and the toilet paper was cheap 1-ply, the parking lot was sketchy—the only presentable element was a neatly made bed. To make matters worse, a broken fill valve caused the toilet to hiss and refill every 30 seconds all night. The only saving grace is the location, which is close to the lake and just a few miles from Magic Mountain. Still, the convenience doesn't justify the lack of basic hygiene and upkeep. I would not stay here again."
