"Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. "

"The air conditioner (window shaker style) was so loud I had to sleep with a pillow over my head and my wife had to sleep with her noise canceling headphones on. Not a very relaxing stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. "

"Large child jumping off bed constantly and running across room starting at 3:30 am. Believe no parent was in room as would think would control child and heard no voice until 6:30 am. Held out for hope til 5am and reported to front desk after waiting for 10 min at desk and employee finally came in from parking lot. Would not offer any solution even though we could not sleep since 3:30 and had no plans to wake til 10 am for funeral and family activities. Would not give another room to sleep and...
