"Extrêmement satisfait ds mon passsge au Sheraton. Hôtel directement connecté au Terminal 1 de l’aéroport Malpensa-Milan, idéal pour être déjà sur place pour le vol du lendemain midi. Chambre plus que confortable, insonorisation parfaite, literie au top. Et le déjeuner-buffet vaut l’extra, avec ses comptoir- omelettes, son mimosa et son smoothie maison. Pour les autres prestations, comme la piscine et le spa, je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de les utiliser. Je recommande fortement. "

Views and spa facilities were incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough. I am gluten free and only had to tell the restaurant once. The next day they remembered, freshly made gluten free bread every day. Gluten free nibbles with drinks. Perfect. Massive shout out and thank you to Luca P who made our last meal so special. Very attentive and attention to deal was second to none. "Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) they all spoke in good, clear English, the food was simply superb, every dish was cooked & presented in perfection, the immediate area around the hotel grounds was meticulously maintained, we chose a room with a partial lake view, but, in fact, it had a superb view & we were in awe. Of the whole feel & vibe of the place, both Caroline & I would like to express our heartfelt warmth & gratitude for the superb attention given throughout our stay, each & everyone we met & spoke to were great ambassadors to your Hotel, thank you, thank you, thank you, hope to see you again in the future."
