"Pool was dirty Spa was old Safe broke"

"Having some experience before I read the comments about lack of cleanliness and thought, it can't be that bad. It could. So dirty and worst was bathroom. After complaining a cleaner came with only one cloth and wiped a bit here and there. No cleaning liquid. Hopefully she didn't start with the toilet. They didn't know what clean meant so I bought liquid myself and cleaned up. At the information desk they couldn't answer the simplest questions like "when does the pool close?" - I don't know maybe...

"Great service and great food and entertainment. Kids love it."

"Not a 4*hotel at All , great swimming pool , food average , staff not really friendly "

"Great family stay "

"Amazing hotel with a super sensitive to the guests. All over we were getting a smiling faces from the staff willing to help with any issues that we need."

"We had a lot of spyders in our room"

Alles pico bello! Bedankt voor de upgrade !"

"Despite crowdie season, the staff ( mostly ), the hotel itself, by architecture and position, offered a more than pleasant time inside. So close to the beach, morning breakfast in the vicinity of the infinity pool ( by the way, such a nice feeling in it ), and not to forget the SkyBar or the dedicated parking. A place to come back for sure. "

"Very clean, modern renovation, great design, excellent customer service, quality food."

"Nice and helpful staff, special thanks to DANI, who helps us a lot."
