"Our stay was nice but we ran into a few issues. We booked the room for two nights with our newborn.
- Room service tried to enter our room three times even though we had the do not disturb sign up (woke our sleeping newborn and I up).
- When no one answered the door they took it upon themselves to let themselves in? We were sleeping, WITH THE SIGN ON THE DOOR?!
- To add onto this, they did it around 10am on our second morning, check out is at 11?
- final complaint, we had the room...

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used.
The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."

"This property was not what was shown on Expedia. The lobby and room were dirty, the floors hadn’t been properly swept, the walls were peeling and the tub was crusted with dirt and hair. The entire place was grungy.
My wife and I left and spent the night at another hotel. Hopefully Expedia will give us our money back"
