"This property exceeded expectations. The josts were incredibly welcoming and friendly meeting on arrival and messaging prior to arrival with instructions- a few minutes walk from the central train station and a busy bustling area on arrival. The contact prior to and meeting by the host was really helpful. The room and decoration of the vicinity was beautiful- don’t be put off by the bustling streets. Would definitely stay again and so conveniently located. "

"The place was not so easy to find, but once found, I was very pleased. The staff were very helpful and even let me check in three hours early because the room was available. The room was very spacious and clean. The aircon worked very well and the shower had good pressure. Downstairs there were many restaurants and the station is almost across the road."

"Do not get a bad impression from outside, you need to check in next door , at Hotel viola, reception is open 24/7. the rooms are in a block next door, our quadruple had two spacious rooms , one bathroom and one also had a jacuzzi inside it!, 4 minutes away from alibus stop, and napoli centrali train and metro station, also the restaurant below has awesome pizza and very reasonable prices. will definetely re book there if need be,"

"We had a good experience at this place. There is an elevator to get to the floor where you will be staying. The courtyard area looks like it could use some repair/paint on 1/4 of the building but once you get to the place where you will stay it is bright, cheerful and clean. Note - there are a couple of steps down into the area where the bed is located and then a couple of steps to get into the bathroom. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay."
