"Property rooms were small but that was to be expected due to the location. This hotel was centrally located and you get easy access to the tube station. I would 100% stay here again. There were also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable too. Only downside was very narrow hallways and very small elevator. "

No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "
