"This hotel was exactly what we needed. After a long day travelling the hotel staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. From the airport shuttle to reception/restaurant/bar and spa staff were fabulous. Very helpful and went out of their way to help in any way they could. The pool was a welcome addition on a hot day, dinner and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Thankyou"

"Overpriced. When first arriving at reception to check in I said “Hi I’m here to check in” with the receptionist saying “where’s your passport then.” Overall very rude staff member and gave a horrible first impression of the hotel. Secondly the shower and sink were both blocked meaning the bathroom was a swimming pool- not what I expected for the price payed. Very disappointed overall and would not recommend even though the pool on the roof is nice."
