We have never experienced this before at any place and the spa that we had also smelled really bad when we tried to use it. They didn’t compensate in any way. Can’t recomend the place, are not comming back. "

"The hotel is close to the castle. Breakfast was good. The higher priced level room was very small with a low height bed and little space to move around the bed. Many many short flights of steps in the lodging area with more than 30 steps up to the swimming pool. Not ideal."
