"The room and property was clean. Staff were friendly. I didn’t get the complementary wine. The beach was across from the hotel which is a plus I had a view of rut beach from my room. The location is perfect and there is hys access to Lincoln road and other places! The only thing I dislike was the lunch and dinner choices serve at the restaurant in the hotel. I think the menu need to be revamped a bit. But there are lots of other choices in the area "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at UMA House. Our room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was wonderful.
I do note that we booked a room for three, and there was only one king bed. There was no sofa for a third person, and very little furniture in the room. Furnishings and decor are very simple. I also accidentally booked an ADA room, and the shower had no curtain or door. The shower itself was wonderful but having no closure to the shower area was not ideal. Just...
