"Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop.
Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it."

"Immaculate cleanliness. Friendly front desk. Extremely welcoming. A beautiful excursion and peaceful getaway in the village of Mazzorbo. The location to Burano is just a few minutes walk with great shopping and restaurants. Venissa is at the Mazzorbo water taxi stop just the one before Burano. If you miss it you can easily get to the resort by walking over a bridge. "

"The property was well located between the Rialto Bridge & St Mark’s Square. No elevator, so three steep flights of narrow stairway faced us weary travellers. Otherwise a very average stay."

"The property was clean and well maintained. You’re only a short walk away from all the action but it’s nice and quiet when you’re off to bed. Mario is the best! He was extremely polite and helped us with everything we needed from recommendations to travel planning."

"The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It was a smaller room but that’s what you’d expect in Venice.
The location was amazing. There’s a restaurant and bar/cafe right outside and both were fantastic. For the restaurant- get the seafood spaghetti if you really want to taste Venice.
The staff were great and very welcoming.
One tip - bring Euro in cash to pay the city tax.
Overall a great stay and we loved our time in Venice!"
