"We arrived and place was easy to find and close to everything. Door codes made it super convenient for our family incase someone wanted to come back to the apartment. "The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. "Very good location - short walk to Rialto Bridge but not packed with tourists. Excellent service from the staff. All sorts of useful advice about where to go and what to do. I had never been to Venice before so this was perfect for me. You do have to go up to the third floor carrying your luggage but a staff member came down to carry my bag up (and carried it down too). I do recommend the hotel."

From the moment we arrived, which was earlier than checkin, Alberto graciously welcomed us and was most helpful with information on Venice.
