Location fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful and supportive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Delightful breakfast.

Le personnel était très accueillant Le b&b est bien placé, il y a juste beaucoup d’escaliers avant d’arriver. La literie est de très bonne qualité, ls salle de bain est grande et propre. Ils ne font pas restaurant mais il y a de quoi faire à proximité Peut être un peu plus de choix pour le petit dejeuner mais ce qui est proposé est très bon

What a lovely place to stay! Barbara was incredibly informative and provided us with the perfect itinerary for our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the location was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect! Just step outside and there were numerous restaurants and shops. The property was well maintained and the staff went above and beyond. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a lovely B&B, all the extras thoughtfully provided. I enjoyed my stay, although the stairs were a bit much. Breakfast was good. Location excellent.

Very good location - short walk to Rialto Bridge but not packed with tourists. Excellent service from the staff. All sorts of useful advice about where to go and what to do. I had never been to Venice before so this was perfect for me. You do have to go up to the third floor carrying your luggage but a staff member came down to carry my bag up (and carried it down too). I do recommend the hotel.

The room was big, clean and the bathroom was tastefully renovated. Comfortable beds and pillows with quality sheets. Excellent location away from the crowded spots but still walking distance. A SPAR minimarket nearby. Nice and helpful staff.

I loved the decor in the room, it was clean. The staff were nice, the location was perfect as it was centralized to many of the restaurants and shops and it was walkable.

This is not really close to anything, so be prepared to walk for at least 15 minutes (not including the 4 flights of stairs) to get anywhere. It is an old Venice property, so it is a little musty, though they have decorated the rooms well. The view out of the room is a courtyard, not a canal. When someone flushes, it will be heard throughout the building. Breakfast was functional. Staff was very helpful - Barbara can definitely plan your day!

This is a B&B, not a hotel, which maybe we missed when booking but we expected more of a hotel. It is up 4 long flights of old stone stairs so it should definitely be avoided if you have mobility issues at all. The hosts helped us with the bags but it was still a lot since we had a long journey and lots of stuff with us for a wedding. The breakfast was fine, store-bought but convenient. It was more utilitarian than the hotels.com listing let on. The location was in between a touristy area (Rialto) and a less touristy one depending on which direction you went.

This hotel was in a good location - convenient for walking to major activities and also close to one of the water bus docks. Our room was large and the bathroom was large and had been modernized. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were incredibly helpful. I would stay here again. The only downside is that the hotel is on the third floor of a building without a lift. The hotel proactively reached out to let us know this. The staff carried our large suitcase up and down for us, but we did have to ascend and descend the stairs a few times each day so it is important to be aware of this.

Romantic trip to Venice

Venice an amazing and beautiful city and the bed and breakfast was really great. People were nice, service we top nudge and we had a great time. I would visit again.

Incredible in every way

LOVED staying here! Staff was SO nice and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and just as pictured. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and it was great to chat with fellow travelers staying there. Felt very safe staying here traveling as a young solo-female.
