"Overall, very nice stay and room. We stayed in the junior suite, with canal view for a few days.
Pros: The staff were very nice and friendly. I had emailed them before coming and they remember and addressed my questions. They walked us straight to our room and we received a free welcome drink which was a really nice touch! The room is very grand - felt like we were in Bridgerton. Very fancy! The bed was comfortable, clean and the set up of the washroom was great. The amenities like the water provided, complimentary cookies, coffee and the shampoo/bath gel, hairdryer were all very appreciated. The staff was very helpful too! We were provided a map and high level of what attractions and restaurants were nearby. Housekeeping also ensured the room was kept nice and clean. Location was fabulous - 5 mins from major attractions
Cons: The canal view unfortunately was blocked by the railing and the mosquito screen was broken. A ton of mosquitos came in overnight and we each received 20-30 bites each, which is not the hotels fault. We called them for help and it took them really long to come. They also did not spray the room or install the insect machine like they said until we called a second time later. We had asked for them to take a look at the blood stains on the walls from when we killed the mosquitoes and clean it. It wasn’t done but the staff when they did come were nice and friendly, and helpful. The tv also was not digital or smart, and there was no tea available in room.
