"This is an Airbnb. The couple who owns it are very friendly and helpful. Answered our many questions regarding Venice and even provided a map and suggestions of things to do.
We had all the supplies in the room. But it is not a new place, so do not expect a star hotel standard facilities.
Breakfast was provided with coffee, yogurt and a croissant of your option. "

"Good location, though seemed a bit scary at first. Off a canal down a tiny alleyway but was fine. Virtual reception desk. Lots of steps up to room. Room was average. Tv did not have any English speaking channels. Towel heater was great to dry our washed clothing items on. No complaints."

"The location and assistance from staff was first class. We had to share a bathroom which was managed well. One reading lamp did not work, and the wardrobe could not be opened because of a defective/previously damaged key/lock.
This was reported. It was noted and we were thanked for doing so.

"The room was beautiful, accessed through a very narrow alley off one of the main streets. We were able to sign into our Amazon Prime Video account on the tv which was nice for when we were in the room. The only small complaint we had is that you need to walk over to Hotel ALA to check in and out, which isn’t far but after walking 30 minutes across the city with all our bags in the pouring rain it was a bit of a hassle, and DONT FORGET YOUR PASSPORTS if you decide to leave your bags at the door...

"入り口がホテル風ではなく、横の路地から入り小さい入り口で古いので分かりにくかったが、受付の女性スタッフはとても親切だった。場所はサンマルク広場の中にあり便利で、部屋も素晴らしく美しい。最初にギャランティの意味が分からず、クレジットカードを要求されて戸惑ったが、保証金、デポジットなのですね。今ならとても素敵な部屋だったので、その意味も分かります。朝食は3分ほど歩いた別のホテルだった。受付に人のいる時間も決まっていて、その時間以外はルームキーで出入りしていた。このホテルはイタリアらしい部屋の美しさとサンマルコ広場の中にありベネチアを肌で感じられるというところが魅力です。"
