"My husband, 9 and 10-year-old daughters and I loved staying at the B&B Fortuny. It is a very short walk from the water bus stop which makes it an easy journey to and from the Marco Polo Airport. Andrea sent clear and detailed instructions on how to get there. He gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived even helping to carry our luggage up the stairs. "We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"I would like to give this property 5 stars because of how friendly and helpful the staff is. But the bathroom in the room prevents me. Mind you, everything was quite clean, but the size of the shower was 2 ft. by 2 ft. Seriously. My husband is 6 ft. 4. I felt terrible for him trying to clean. If it were just me traveling I would return to this hotel. Otherwise, it's a no-go."
