Miss-matched left-over floorong tile. Bedding ripped and had cigarette holes. Shower stall full of black mold. Pool had only 2 lounge chairs, no umbrella. "

"Very disappointing stay.
Even though the front desk was staffed, I was told to use a kiosk to video chat with a remote representative instead of being checked in by the employee standing there. Why is a hotel, which is built on customer service, replacing local staff with a remote video check-in? That experience alone makes me think twice about staying at another Quality Inn.
