"The hotel in and of itself was good. However, the airport shuttle was always packed and getting on the shuttle was not guaranteed. Plan a minimum of 40 minutes wait time for shuttle each way to and from LAX. Also save yourself $20 by getting McD's breakfast next door."

"It was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and it was in a great location. It was next to the Ovation Hollywood shopping area, The Dolby Theater and the Hollywood stars walk of fame was behind it. Very accessible to a lot of sites! I would stay there again!"

"Great location close to museum row, Grand Central Market, Little Tokyo, etc. Attentive hotel and valet staff. Rooms were cleaned early in the day which was a plus. Loved the California Plaza. Service at Noe was 10/10 super friendly lady server. Have stayed at the Omni many times and would come back again!"

"Let me start off by saying I love it here. I left my expensive eyeglasses here , called 10x days later and they had found them. I have stayed here several times. The free desert was fabulous!the only con I had was the phone didn’t work in the room and there was no ironing board in the room upon my arrival. I wish the rooms had microwaves, but as I was leaving I saw several in the hall, so it must be by request."
