"Hotel is not at all as described in the photos online. We booked a “partial ocean view” and I can assure you it was anything but that. We could see the ocean from 1 window and it was a tiny sliver of it. Our view was of the street and dozens of homeless people all over. Neighborhood is sketchy at night I would not recommend leaving the hotel at all. Overall the description of this hotel and rooms is misleading. Way too overpriced for what you get. Wouldn’t recommend / wouldn’t stay again."

"Great location, no frills, budget friendly hotel. Tightly positioned amongst its neighbors. Hotel is solid in its exterior construction with no WiFi Internet access, expect challenges/limited cellular connection. Location offers many experiences in walking distance or rent a beach cruiser two minutes away. Would I stay there again, yes."

"This neighborhood feels a little unsafe and I was approached by several people who were not even staying there. Also the parking is very limited. Staff is very nice and room was clean and comfy. "

"Good points: - Close to the beach with playground for kids - some free things like bikes - I am not sure if I remember correctly the name, I believe he's name is Mario, but he is the only great guy with great customer service and he is in charge of Valet parking service, but helping with everything else, giving a great advices and mega friendly. - we had a room with the balcony and sea view and it is beautiful - amazing roof top Bad points: it considered to be 4 star hotel, but: - We were constantly waiting for front desk service to get service. Most of the times, he wasn't there, but if he was, he is kinda don't care, chill as south pole. In general looks understaffed - when we got into room, sofa bed was like someone was searching something there, so all the parts were messed up, not in the place. We called the guy who was checking how clean the rooms and he fixed that, checked everything with his UV light, it was clean, but still not nice experience and not up to 4 stars hotel - feel outdated, a lot of visible touch ups in the hallway - almost no good places to eat around, mostly junk food."

"Clean and tidy, gym and pool/hot spa add to the facilities. Ping pong, gas fireplace and outdoor bar area."

"The check-in process was amazing and they even allowed us an early check-in when we got into town sooner than expected. Access and directions to the location were easy to follow. Area was decorated and well maintained and in such an amazing location towards the beach. I would definitely recommend this place for small groups that are traveling together."
