"I was traveling with two teenagers. What I love most about this hotel is that the hotel room is nice and clean and both my kids can sleep comfortably, one in a single bed and one in a sofa bed. The breakfast is free for kids under 18.
Also the location is fantastic if you come for the Biennale. It’s one stop from the Giardini location if you take the boat, and 10-15 minutes if you like to go there on foot. The nearest water bus station is 4 minutes away by walking."

"The check-in process was efficient. I requested an early check-in, and although my room wasn’t ready when I arrived, the staff kept me updated and escorted me to my room as soon as it was available. The front desk, baggage attendant, and maintenance team were all friendly and helpful.
