A 24 Hour break in paradise

Our stay at the Royal Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff, food and accommodation was first class. This is a beautiful vintage hotel which maintains a high standard in all areas. The beach and carpark are both a short walk from the premises.

Excellent!!

We had a fabulous 3 night mid-week stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were attentive and really friendly and the food in the restaurant was exquisite. We had intended to find other places to eat during our stay but the food was so good here there was absolutely no point. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Parking our vehicle was quite difficult with a limited number of spaces which were difficult to navigate. We did enjoy sitting outside in the garden enjoying refreshments. We did like Ventnor and the Isle of Wight.

Very friendly restaurant staff. Reception team efficient and very helpful. Asked us about a ramp for my son's wheelchair anytime we came in and out of the hotel. Afternoon tea was an excellent experience. Since covid this is the 1st place that did housekeeping which really made us feel we were on a holiday.

I booked late so the restaurant was fully booked but they made space for me in the conservatory. The staff could not be kinder or more helpful. The food is outstanding. I always look forward to returning.
