"Great service 10/10 hotel"

"For context, we stayed here as part of our honeymoon in Portugal, and it was by far the best place we stayed. The design of the hotel was beautiful. Everywhere you looked, there were fantastic views of the Douro River and surrounding hills framed by massive windows. The facilities were amazing. "Lovely hotel, front desk staff very helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast fresh and varied. Outside pool ideal and always had beds available. Short Uber/Bolt trips into city centre for normally 5-7€. Airport trip 12€."

"Location was great, staff was nice as well just the breakfast wasn’t good but that doesn’t define if I would stay at the hotel again or not since I like to travel out for breakfast too. Rooftop is a cute touch for night time to sit and relax and watch the river and the nice view."

"Room was clean however pool was only open for 1 of the 3 days that we were visiting. We were told it would be open the first day, it was not. We booked the hotel specifically for the pool so it is unfortunate that it was unavailable."
