"I needed a safe and easily accessible place to stay while my kids attended Grad-nite at Universal. This was the place. It was in such close proximity that we didn’t even have to drive. The restaurant downstairs was super convenient. Having a Starbucks on the premises was a nice treat. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful with information. Valet staff was prompt and well organized. I didn’t use the hot tub or the pool but plenty of guests were using both in spite of the little breeze that picked up so it must’ve been nice. Finally, my room was spacious and well lit. I was on the 6th floor and my window faced Universal. It was just what I needed."
