"Never states at a horrible motel before. First room had stains all over the baseboards, hair on the bed, unclean floors. The room was not clean. After complaining, the staff changed the room. New room is better, but not great. Bathroom doors don’t even lock. Hard to adjust the water temperature if shower. Except the friendliness of the staff, there is nothing going for this place. Stay away from this place. I am not sure if this area has any better options though."

"The Barn was welcoming, cozy and incredibly well-stocked with anything one might need. Beautiful setting overlooking the mountains with lots of birds to observe. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated their restaurant recommendation. Would definitely recommend to others. "

"My sister & I stayed here for 4 nights. It was just the reset we needed! The place was darling & exactly as pictured. Just perfect for us. Had a little bit of difficulty getting up the last bit of the road to the driveway but a neighbor said to go faster & that did the trick (first time I did any type of rough driving in my Subaru). We went to the Luray caverns & some other local spots. We also spent a day just chilling at the cabin. It was exactly what we needed & we plan to go back!!!! Absolutely charming & perfect!!"
