"Good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful — I’d give the service a solid 4/5. The hotel is very close to being excellent, but at times it feels like they stop just short of going that extra mile that would really elevate the experience. That said, I had a very good stay overall and would definitely recommend Hôtel Tsuba to anyone visiting Paris. Enjoy your stay!"

"Make sure you check at the reception the pictures that you saw before booking for that room are same. We booked an executive room which was higher on payment but got a different room which was smaller. We showed the pictures of booking but still argumentative. The manager Armand was not helpful. Tried to force to accept that room or find accomodation else where. Terrible manager. Should work in hostility industry rather than hospitality. Was seen vaping standing inside the hotel entrance door...
