"very well clean room and friendly staff and good breakfast and parking is perfect but only things bed in room is too soft and discomfort to sleep and wish have firm mattress update in future smile"

"The hotel is run down and everything looks dirty. The room was so hot when we arrived as the A/C was off. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the room itself. The toilet tank cover was mismatched. The furniture was chipped, and the blanket was super thin and the pillows small and lumpy. Wallpaper peeling, looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the toilet was very low. The only good thing was the proximity to the airport."

"Property is kinda run down...seems like owners trying to improve. TV has very poor service...couldn't watch without continuous buffering. No ice machine. Beds were comfortable. Ppl beside us were fighting...could hear TV from neighbors on the other side as well"

"Bed was too small smaller then frame has a 100 dollar deposit that they don’t mention when booked front staff was unhelpful barley has put let’s. Vending machine drinks were HOT."

"I have stayed at hotels offering free breakfasts before, but by comparison, those free breakfasts couldn't hold a candle to what ChefRobert at the Holiday Day Inn Express BDL, put on! The eggs were fresh, cooked to perfection, the bacon fresh, crisp perfect! In fact, everything was excellent and beyond expectations! Hats off to Robert, for an excellent culinary experience"

"Wasn't clean at all with cobwebs, spiders on the walls. AC was blowing dusty air and had 5 to 6 small bugs on the bed and had to squish them out. Had very good experiences with Ramada in general in other states and locations. Unfortunately here in this location it was sadly disappointing."

"Suited my needs for a couple nights. Pretty clean and pet friendly which was great. Staff was attentive."

"The room itself was clean, the bed also seemed clean. There is no refrigerator/microwave. The biggest issue I had was with the bed, the bed needs a big upgrade. Every movement you would hear the metal springs crying out, I'm not sure if it's springs inside the mattress or the box spring, but it was annoying and uncomfortable."

"This recently remodeled motel was completely charming. We had a room accessible directly from the parking lot, and it was decorated beautifully. The nautical theme extended throughout. The bathroom was large, beautifully tiled, and perfectly functional. Towels were changed daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with nice cotton sheets. We would stay there again."
