Lovely stay.

Perfect attention to detail and wonderful helpful hosts. Tucked away and quiet yet as central as you’ll likely to get. Fabulous view of Guilietta’s balcony. Highly recommend and will be back.

Where do I start. I guess with the view from our room, which looked directly across to Juliette’s balcony. On arrival we were greeted by Kristina, who was ever so helpful and informed us our room was ready, even though we arrived several hours early thinking by we were just going to drop our bags and tour the city. The room was spacious and as I’ve said, the view was just amazing. On leaving the front door of the accommodation, you turned left and walked about 30 meters or so and you were in the centre of Verona and all the cafes, tavernas and shops. We had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed before having a traditional breakfast of meats and cheeses, although other options were available, served by the wonderful Luca. I cannot recommend Le Suite De Guilietta enough. We stayed here as part of our journey across northern Italy celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary

Amazing property, we had a view of Juliet balcony from our apartment. Very helpful and communicative staff. Just off one of the main thoroughfares so quiet but right in the middle of things. Will definitely visit again

I absolutely loved this place – it's simply amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. But the real highlight is the stunning view of Juliet’s balcony – truly breathtaking. It's the perfect spot if you're planning to propose or want to make a lasting impression on someone special.

Fantastic service from Kristina our host and lots of guidance to help us maximise our stay. Location wise it could not have been better and the views from the property were great. Comfortable room and you get a perfect view of Juliet’s balcony. Unfortunately the day that we arrived they were closed due to construction so we weren’t able to see it up close but thanks to our hotel we were still able to take pictures and see it for ourselves! Host was very kind and gave us a map with places he recommended

Breakfast is poor, we saw the front desk person refilling the ham and cheese and other food with the bare hands which was super disgusting and not hygiene at all. The bed was horrible, it feels like your are sleeping in the floor. They also charge extra if you take the drinks from the refrigerator inside the room. Front desk person asked too many personal questions I felt interrogated. They just limit to be polite and professional.

The owner of the hotel robbed us for 1160 Euros more than 1 week after reservation. We made a reservation at this hotel specifically because they said they offer parking on site at 15 Euros or Valet parking for 30 Euros. My wife and I were traveling with our 6 months old with a stroller and a lot of luggage, so this was very important to us. A few days before our arrival, they told us that they don’t have parking or valet on site but that we could come close to the hotel to drop of the luggage and then go park the car 15 MIN AWAY from the hotel ! We decided to go with it, but the day before we arrived, they told that we can’t really come close to the hotel because of construction, and we should park the car far away and take a taxi to get to them. With all the luggage and a stroller and a baby ? I asked them to cancel our reservation because they could not respect what they promised. They never accepted and tried to convince us to find stop the car somewhere “not that far from the hotel”, have my wife walk with all the luggage and the stroller and the baby to the hotel while I go park the park 15 min from there. We decided to cancel and get another venue. They even stop answering the phone or answering messages from Expedia who wanted to negotiate the cancelation with them. After exchanging a few messages with Le Giulietta, I realized that it’s all a strategy to say they offer tons of services and commodities that they don’t really do like laundry then they make excuses

Just across from Julieta balcony. Owner was very friendly and helpful with luggage and parking directions. He even offered to take photos for us from hotel when we were in Juliet’s balcony!

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the best parts of Verona on your doorstep, all within easy walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Just be aware, if you are arriving by car, that the hotel does not have any parking available nearby. Public parking garage is about 10-15 minutes walk away, across the river. Also, WiFi wasn’t working during our stay. Verona is a beautiful town, well worth visiting.
