"One thing I can say, it was my first time doing everything electronic, I was skeptical. Had all the what if’s❤️ the communication was impeccable! You can not go wrong booking this suite! Clean, assessable to the M line. Easy to down town. The suite was so beautiful and modern. Beds were very comfortable! "There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. We stayed at a lower priced room on our second night and they helped us by moving our things so we wouldn't miss our tour. "Amazing hotel! It’s super close to the train station, and the Colosseum is just about a 20-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop within walking distance, which makes getting around really convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and it offered plenty of amenities. Love that you can wash your clothes before taking off. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay at one of their other properties in the future."

"Great location, very close to the historical sites (under a 10-minute walk), restaurants, public transport and a supermarket (2-minute walk). The apartment was just as advertised, it was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment building was clean, well maintained and quite. We were provided with really clear check-in instructions (as we arrive late evening)."

Didn't have fresh towels during our stay or restock of toilet paper ; just 2 rolls to start but found some in the cabinets in the common area. Does not have laundry but there is facilities within walking distance. I recommend Max's Laundry. Overall, the location was good. 20 minute walk to Coloseum and plenty of food and drink in the area. Breakfast offered a diverse array of options, although there are a couple of nice patisserias around the corner. The only feedback is for the broken parking elevator and lack of help with transporting luggage as it can be quite the maze and trek from the front lobby."
