"Close to amenities, good transport link. 3 Rooms in an apartment. So shared space but individual rooms and bathroom. Liked the little touches of iron, toiletries, towels and slippers. Each room had a small fridge and desk space. Would recommend. "

"The hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and only one stop away from the Colosseum. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. One downside was that some of the staff were not particularly friendly. Also, if you're an Expedia member, be sure to check your membership perks. "This place needs to be updated- the picture does not match the actual. The mattresses, beddings, and towels were so worn out. The air conditioning unit is so old and dusty. Also, it is not close to the historic center nor the Termini station."

"Really helpful staff. Coffee machine, crockery and cutlery in communal area. Comfortable, clean, effective AC. Fridge in the room. Water, milk and juice boxes provided along with croissants and various other items for breakfast. Handy for the metro, with a nearby supermarket. Lovely restaurant just over the road and a nice little bar just around the corner. Various other shops and eateries nearby (although we didn't try them all). Overall, an excellent base for exploring Rome!"

"Great place to stay, lots of yummy food options close by. No staff on site, but that was fine. AC available in the room, which was so great after hot days walking around exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again."

"The area was nice and quiet, but only a 5-10 minute, beautiful walk to the Coliseum district. The room was big and well presented. Everything worked as promised. The balcony was amazing. It is so big and wraps around a corner so you can choose shade or sun. It’s lined with plants and flowers which gave some privacy, but also an at home feel. "It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."

"The lady who checked me in and out was very helpful and good. It was so nice to have a balcony, especially with it being so hot, sit and enjoy the sun for a moment when I got back. Not much choice at breakfast. The evening meal was a set menu and the three courses were very nice. Had a wonderful waitress on the evening who explained what every meal was."
