"We liked it"

"Can't say enough about the Olive. Joao, and Sophia were the best. When we got lost, and frustrated, trying to find it, Joao asked where we were, said "stay there, I'll come to you", and he did. Then they upgraded our room, and gave us a discount coupon for dinner. Then he mapped out all the sights within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, and we really enjoyed the pool. The staff turned a sour day into a great stay."

"Chambre très propre. Il y avait un jeune homme au comptoir extrêmement serviable et gentil, c'était un service personnalisé. Il parlait anglais, il nous a aidé dans les réservations de restaurant, nous a conseillé sur les attraits touristiques et il vérifiait si tout été à notre satisfaction. J'avais écrit à l'hôtel pour avoir une place de stationnement et en arrivant ma place était prête. J'ai même pu laisser mon auto jusqu'à 3h00 après le "check out" pour une dernière visite de la ville à...

"What an amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was large, and very clean, but the real star of the show is the stunning castle itself. There are so many areas to explore. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended."

"Everything about the stay was more than expected. We were so impressed with the staff (and we don’t speak Portuguese) upon arrival, that we immediately booked a second night! They treated our dogs great, brought a dog bed to the room for them, allowed them at the pool (there was another couple with a dog there too!). Small bar at the pool, a second building with more rooms and amenities opening soon, the groups are beautiful and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful breakfast….will...
