"Had 2 other occupants in room close to ours starting and running their diesel vehicles all hours of the night. Talked to management to be moved. Said I would have to check out in the morning and see if a room opened up later. We stuck it out. Stayed in a different hotel last week which was much nicer and quieter and also more reasonable."

"Booked a room thru Expedia for 1 night. I was charged for incidental upon check in. I checked out this morning and noticed an additional $144.00 fee on my acct. When I called the front desk I was informed the guy who checked me in was "new" and he made a mistake. They told me to reach out to Expedia for reimbursement. They didnt understand that the extra charge was made by the hotel. Asked to speak to the manager was informed Manager "Jordan" went to the bank and wouldn't be back for 2hrs. I...
