"Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away.
The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

"Clean room; modern design; staff was friendly and helpful; near enough to the duomo and price is reasonable for quality and distance. This is our second time to stay here in 2 years
We would stay again.
Breakfast is nice - great for €12 pp. has fresh orange juice which is already €4 per glass outside.
Parking is free.
laundry facilities - 1 washer and 1 dryer and the dryer doesn’t dry as effectively so need to probably run more than once (€4/run)."

"Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit.
Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers."

"Extremely disappointing experience. Terrible customer service and no assistance when we needed it most.
I would never stay at PopArtment again, especially when traveling with children.
Beyond the attractive apartments, the customer service is absolutely terrible. Staff are dismissive, respond rudely, and show a complete lack of accountability.
We lost our keycard and called their advertised 24/7 assistance number repeatedly, but nobody answered for over 10 hours. We had to spend the night...

"The unit was amazing and very spacious!
We had one issue, the dishwasher was filled with very dirty dishes and the crew did not wash them before we checked in.
It was badly needed to be cleaned.
No one came to clean the room throughout our stay. We called almost every day to complain to the representative at the hotel were they were available only in the morning, they said to come to the the hotel to talk with the representative, but we were going on excursions every morning early.

"This place is the SPOT to be for being able to get anywhere in Florence. Location was definitely unmatched as we walked everywhere.
However, we barely slept the entire time as the apartment window faces a courtyard where every single noise echos and the street door is large, makes a sound like a firework shooting when it is opened and then will be slammed shut by every patron of the apartment block. Just a heads up to pack earplugs if you want to catch any amount of zzzz’s on your trip."
