"Le Dimore del Conte is a great place to stay. It's clean, it's spacious, it's got a kitchen with all the amenities, a dining area with a table and four chairs, there's tons of storage for your stuff, and the bed is big and comfy. It's close to all the action in the center of town, and it's close to the train station if you want to do day trips (say, Padua, Verona, or Venice). There are buses and taxis available in the square right in front of the hotel. There's also a bus stop a short walk...

The check-in process would have been easy except that we had a car. When I booked they assured me that they had parking. In reality they have two parking options. The first required that the car moved away from the hotel between noon and 5pm everyday. The other option was to park in an area that was around 6 or 7 minutes away....

"I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and charged the bill to my room. A few hours later the power was shut down in my room. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They stated this was their tactic to get me to come downstairs and see them because my lunch bill was unpaid. Firstly, the bill was paid. In fact my entire stay was paid upfront so this could not be construed as some tactic to skip out on a cheap lunch. Secondly, this is the most unprofessional situation I have ever...
