"We had a very good stay here. The reception staff were very friendly. The room immaculately clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, a good night's sleep was had. I have only given 4 stars in some instances as we didn't have time to have breakfast or need any assistance so can't honestly rate those points. But we will definately stay again if possible in the future."

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Great location with excellent facilities. We loved the fact the apartment had a washer, with traveling for so long, itʻs great to be able to wash our clothes! Loved the small gym and the safe parking for our car rental, which had access straight into the building via an elevator which made it easy with all our luggage. Would recommend for a stay in central Manchester."
