"The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Would recommend that you add breakfast when booking your hotel room. The breakfast selection was delicious, huge variety of options to chose from, and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint that I have was you are not able to control the air conditioning to the temp you want. You could only go as low as 16 and housekeeping would turn it back up when you left for the day. Ninety percent of the places we toured in London did not have air conditioning. Air conditioning is not as important in England like it is in the USA. Otherwise this was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Would stay there again."
