"Good staff clean rooms cozy pods worth it"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Location is very good. Easy access to subway/tube stations. Elevators are fast. Finding rooms can be a maze. No tables or chairs in room"

"Pleasantly surprised with this hotel chain. Really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, very close to tube stations, across the street from Kensington Gardens, two blocks away from incredible restaurants. As a solo traveler, the room had everything I needed (including AC). Will definitely be back next time I’m in London!"

"Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Gehminuten von Big Ben entfernt, recht zentral und in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Eckzimmer sind recht groß und haben eine schöne Fensterfront."

"We were vacationing. Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was ok, only issue was elevators were small and slow. Overall very happy with the hotel."

"No AC and on a very busy corner so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open even if we wanted to. Toilets were extremely difficult to flush, having to hold them multiple times just to get the bowl to work"

"Tutto perfetto peccato solo che non si potesse aprire la finestra"

"Great Location close to Paddington Station. The property and room is cleaned. Room is small but it is good enough for short stay to transfer to different city. No elevator in case you have big suitcases. Overall 9/10"

"Great room as I got a club room upgrade. The hotel was very busy but coped with the numbers well. Breakfast is great value"

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"
