"Breakfast isn’t terrible, you just need to get there early. The front desk staff are not pleasant, The old man is hostile. It’s not a culture thing. Most Indians are super friendly and helpful, just not here. Don’t ever expect to be greeted when coming through the lobby or passing people in the hallway. "I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a three deep line waiting to check in. All of us waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. Room appeared clean but the bathroom had black pubic hairs around the base of the toilet and the edges of the floor. Upon showering this morning the tub backed up and I ended up standing in 4 inch deep water. Absolutely disgusting. "Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was very good and there was a variety of options. There was an odd odor in the hallway one of the nights we were staying, but it was not in our room and did not affect our overall quality of stay."

"The rooms were very nice and impeccably clean. The common areas were clean, but not usable. The advertised "restaurant", looked like a mini cafeteria, but it was closed both times we were there, and looked like it hadn't been in use for a while. "Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus."

"Entire place smelled like dog piss in the elevators, the rugs in the room and in the lobby. Thin walls, loud people, lights in the rooms were terrible and flashing lights in the hallways. Garbage everywhere and food in the surrounding area is bad."
