"What I found not normal with this hotel was that they charged me 2 times for keeping my luggages !!! And in the room I didn’t have shower cap or even the Landry bags or even enough toilet papers… but it was clean and well located…"

"Very nice hotel, styled like a Brazilian hotel in the middle of Vienna. The breakfast was a bit expensive, no AC and they only clean the rooms every 3 days. Overall a great place."

"The room and bathroom were clean. The common restroom on the first floor was not clean everytimecI used it. The staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Since I did not have breakfast on site, I cannot comment on it. I would definitely recommend the hotel."

"Rooms were a bit dated but the overall feel was great. Comfortable beds were very nice. Only note is that in the bathroom was a smell that seemed to come from the sewer piping which was unpleasant.
