"Very disappointed. You pay for what you get. Air conditioning was good. The bed and linen were clean and comfortable. Television didn't work. Shower was adequate and warm. Water pressure was poor. No towel rack. Sink loose on wall. Mildew on wall fan. Two small bottles of water for two days. No room service. No kettle. no tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast was only egg and bread roll. No tea or coffee at breakfast. Good internet. Old style hotel that needs a lot of work. Again. I paid for what...

"Very nice location down a quiet lane and next door to a temple. Good security with a digital numeric lock on front door for after hours. Room was clean and spacious, altho not really dark at night due to outdoor lighting. Would stay again."

"リバービューと書いていますが、部屋からは見えません。もしくは、リバービューで予約していたにもかかわらず、見えない部屋に入れられた可能性もあります。喫煙所となっているベランダからはメコン川が見えます。部屋から見えなくてもいいなと思いましたので、特に抗議はしませんでした。 部屋はアメニティなどはほとんどありませんが特に不便はありません。エアコンもしっかり効きます。 従業員は一部の人しか英語が話せず、ちょっとした質問などに答えてもらえず困りました。しかし最低限の英語は理解し話せますので、基本的に滞在に不便はないと思います。 立地はよかったです。メコン川のすぐそばにあり、夜は川沿に出ているお店がすぐ目の前に立ち並び、食事ができます。"
