She helped us book breakfast for the morning, made us supper reservations, and even booked a boat tour for the next day to see the caves. It made this trip so much easier with all of the help and it was greatly appreciated. We loved our breakfast each morning. Such a nice option to eat on our own private balcony in the sunshine. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the entire hotel...

"Overall, my stay was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious with a large, clean bathroom. Good value for money. However, the bed sheets weren’t changed during my stay despite what was mentioned in the description, and there was no toaster or iron. The window couldn’t be opened, so the room felt a bit dark in the mornings. Apart from these small issues, everything else was fine and comfortable."
