Quando chequei cerca das 13:30, não havia ninguem na recepção, valeu-me um cliente que telefonou e lá apareceu alguém. Ao ler os folhetos que se encontravam no quarto verifiquei com surpresa de que às 2ª feiras o restaurante estava encerrado tornando impossível comprar uma simples garrafa de água. Quanto a higiene, na 2ª feira ao chegar do almoço a umas dezenas de quilómetros, verifiquei que as toalhas da casa de banho estavam no mesmo estado e local onde as tinhamos deixado. O local está mesmo classificado como hotel de 3 estrelas?? Foi muito mau.

Estadia muito agradável, com espaço museológico relacionado com lagar de azeite, Jardim relaxante com vista para um lago com diversas aves aquáticas. Super relaxante. Um restaurante com comida deliciosa. Sem dúvida um local a repetir.

Perfect! Large house, well equipped. Good food in the restaurant and a very nice view and friendly staff. Borrowing a small (peddle) boat is included which is nice to use with children. Staff unfortunately did not speak English and the restaurant inside was not very charming with bright white lights and a strong smell of cheese. Dinner outside was good.

If you want rudeness this is your place!

Unfortunately the hotel sells tranquility, calmness, remoteness, and it delivers a hotel that is not clean, with a party going on on a Sunday where we were the only ones in the hotel not being part of the party. Well if you know you are booking a hotel for a party where more than 90% of the guests will be part of the party, I believe it is a obligation to tell the other guests whether they are not bothered by a party. Cars parking and surrounding your room from all windows and balcony (street level), people having conversations at your door loudly, music playing loudly, flies flying your room, paper thin walls that you can hear your neighbors. The restaurant was also busy and they would not be able to serve us in the restaurant. They offered to serve us in the room....well if I wanted to be stuck in a room I would not have left my house. After a short while in the room, we decided to take the case to the reception and manager. We were received with extreme rudeness, impoliteness, mockery and threats. The manager could not understand or be resealable to realize that they advertised 'A', sold 'A' and delivered 'E', so we asked for a discount or cancellation, then we heard more threats. We just decided to pay the entire stay and then we left after a very short while of this disastrous experience. We cannot recommend this place among tens of properties that we already stayed using Hotels.com. We only have to thank hotels.com for intervening and helping us to lighter our losses.

Herdade da Urgueira CUIDADO COM AS RESERVAS!!!

A minha estadia simplesmente não aconteceu. Quando cheguei ao hotel deparei com uma situação muito incómoda, depois de ter efetuado mais de 400 km não tinham a reserva da minha estadia!!! Quando efetuei a reserva nesta herdade neste site comecei por reservar 3 noites, passados poucos minutos recebi um telefonema da herdade a dizer que somente tinham alojamento para mim durante duas noites, que entretanto tinham recebido de Booking uma reserva. Face a isso alterei a minha reserva para somente duas noites e reservei a terceira noutra unidade hoteleira. No dia da minha chegada à herdade e na altura do check-in não tinham qualquer reserva em meu nome. As três pesssoas que estiveram comigo na receção, nenhuma resolveu o meu problema. Solicitei livro de reclamações para expor o meu problema, ainda solicitei pelo menos ser ressarcido das portagens e combustível, mas nem isso fizeram. Por isso quem reservar esta herdade informe-se antes de ir se a reserva está realmente ok, prepare-se também para um sítio isolado em que muitas vezes a rede que se apanha é espanhola, onde o Wi-Fi também é muito fraco. Segundo pude ouvir em Vila Velha de Rodão estes problemas com reservas já não foram os primeiros, na vila também têm ouvido comentários menos positivos sobre o restaurante da herdade e que os donos da mesma têm é experiência na agricultura, não no turismo, por isso se nota um total falta de profissionalismo da parte dos funcionários!!!

Limitadíssimo pelo valor cobrado.

Quarto sem conforto, não tinha TV, somente um monitor, banheiro muito ruim, sem secador de cabelo, mal cabia no Box, sem lugar para colocar shampoo e sabonete pessoal, local do quarto compartilhado com outro quarto e compartilhando o barulho do quarto vizinho, café da manhã muito limitado, pão, leite e café. Sem frutas e sucos naturais, nenhum bolo, ou seja, simples demais pelo preço cobrado. De bom somente o atendimento dos dicionários e a comida do Chefe João. Eu não recomendo para hospedagem, mas para jantar ou almoçar sim.
